At PA we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn how to lift.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn the techniques involved in lifting but had no idea how to get started, then intro to S&C is the perfect way to do so. Not only will you learn how to lift but you’ll also be alongside a community of people learning and routing you on at the same time.

This class is split into two main segments. 

We start the session with strength based movements and then finish the session with conditioning so you have the best of both worlds.

Tuesday’s session we focus on Lower Body.
Thursday’s session we focus on Upper Body.
